| 3.2 ACTIVIDADES DE HOSTELERIA Y RESTAURACION. |
| 3.3.j) A efectos de facilitar el seguimiento de contactos ante casos positivos de COVID-19, se llevará un registro de los clientes en los servicios de comida y cena en zonas interiores de restaurantes que incluya nombre y apellidos, DNI, número de teléfono y fecha y hora del servicio. Este registro se mantendrá a disposición de las autoridades sanitarias, durante un mes después del evento. El tratamiento de la información de carácter personal se realizará de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la normativa de protección de datos de carácter personal, teniendo dicho tratamiento exclusivamente por finalidad el seguimiento, vigilancia y control epidemiológico del COVID-19. |

| 3.2 HOSPITALITY AND RESTAURANT ACTIVITIES. |
| 3.3.j) In order to facilitate the follow-up of contacts in the event of positive cases of COVID-19, a registry of customers will be kept in the food and dinner services in interior areas of restaurants that includes name and surname, ID, telephone number and date and time of service. This record will be kept at the disposal of the health authorities for a month after the event. The treatment of personal information will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the personal data protection regulations, having said treatment exclusively for the purpose of monitoring, surveillance and epidemiological control of COVID-19. |
